Position Summary:
City Connects is a schoolbased student support collaboration program among schools community agencies and Boston College. The City Connects program is an innovative model of systemic student support implemented in K12 schools in the school district of University City area. City Connects personnel assess the strengths and needs of each student in the school and connect students with a tailored set of supports and resources from inside and outside the school.
City Connects seeks a fulltime Program Manager in The School District of University City area to provide leadership in the areas of program implementation professional development and supervision to schools implementing the City Connects model.

Preferred: Strong leadership skills; schoolbased experience; ability to work as a member of a team; experience managing interagency partnerships; fluency in a second language
