- Serve tables as determined by management by retrieving and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner
- When taking orders have a complete knowledge of hotels food and beverage preparation menu and pricing
- Interact with guests in a friendly/fast manner
- Clear clean and prepare tables
- When serving alcoholic beverages observe guests behaviowhen serving alcohol and employ proper procedure if guest is too impaired to drive by suggesting transportation by taxi service
- Escalate guest service issues to management if you are unable to resolve
- Ensure guests are satisfied during their meal service
- Complete daily duties along with other duties as assigned
- Must be 21 years of age to work in Frankies Sports Bar and Grill
- Experience preferred but not required some working knowledge of bartending is a plus
- Experience in hospitality preferred
- Possess basic math skills and cashhandling
- Ability and flexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
