COMPENSATION BENEFITS:

ABOUT THE PRACTICE:
Become a part of the largest established medical group practice in the beautiful city of Waterville Maine!
- Founded in 1922 and became the first Ophthalmology practice in Central Maine.
- Our mission is to carry on the goal to deliver individualized medical and surgical eye care with compassion.
- Elite group of 4 MDs and 4 ODs
- Practice continues to grow and so we are in need of: Two 2 Full Time/Part Time Optometrists
- Total of 4 locations in Maine
- Incoming OD(s) will practice in the Waterville location
DETAILS:
- 2022 patients per day. (Before Covid it was 2530 and we hope to get back there).
- Technician & support staff
- Days: 5day work week at least 1 Saturday per month
- Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Perform comprehensive eye exam
- Prescribe treatments to Ocular Diseases
- Collaborate with our Ophthalmologists
- In order to ensure quality eye care and customer service we pride our practice with a stateoftheart facility comprising of 3 exam lanes and the latest tools and equipment including but not limited to:
- OCT
- Optos
- Visual field
- Autorefractor
- EMR: Nextech

**All states require Optometrists to be licensed. The ideal candidate must have obtained an O.D. Degree from an Accredited Optometry School and must have completed all sections of the National Board of Examiners in Optometry Exam.**
