A prestigious law firm seeks an experienced Estate Planning & Administration Legal Secretaryto join its New Orleans office. This role involves estate planning estate administration and successions (probate) requiring strong organizational skills and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting wills trusts powers of attorney and other estate planning documents.
- Manage estate administration tasks including probate filings asset identification and financial record maintenance.
- Coordinate deadlines and court filings.
- Interact with clients and financial institutions to gather necessary information.
- Assist in trust accountings and estate tax return preparations.
