1st shift 40 hours/week:$18.40/hour starting (up to) 52 of gross monthly earnings for fulltime team members $58173.44*

2nd shift 40 hours/week:$19.40/hour starting (up to) 52 of gross monthly earnings for fulltime team members $61335.04*

3rd shift 40 hours/week:$20.40/hour starting (up to) 52 of gross monthly earnings for fulltime team members $64496.64*

WKD shift 36 hours/week:$20.40/hour starting (up to) 52 of gross monthly earnings for fulltime team members $58046.98*

Leadership Positions:$21.4024.40/hour (starting base) (up to) 52 of gross monthly earnings for fulltime team members $67568.24* to $77143.04*

Hourly/NonExempt with Salaried NonExempt and Salaried Exempt growth opportunities.

Hours Required:

1st shift 10 hours:MondayThursday (A) 4:30 AM to 3:00 PM or (B) 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM or (F) 6:00 AM To 4:30 PM

2nd shift 10 hours:MondayThursday 2:45 PM to 1:15 AM

3rd shift 10 hours:MondayThursday 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM

WKD shift 12 hours:FridaySunday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Breaks/Lunch:

Shift times & lengths vary depending on department/shift.

1st 2nd & 3rd shift receive 115 minute paid break & 130 minute unpaid lunch break. Our 12 hour shifts receive 215 minute paid breaks and 130 paid lunch break.

Educational Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

None needed.Onthejob training is provided.Previous manufacturing experience ispreferred. Candidates with previous manufacturing or leadership experience may be given preference over those without.

Role Overview:Hourly production team members are responsible for the daytoday manufacturing of orders. These orders include but are not limited to: architectural residential and commercial units stalls railings windows walls doors etc. Ideal candidates are those looking for longterm employment opportunities who are also interested in leadership opportunities building teams and improving processes.

Dress Code/Protective Gear:Work gloves safety glasses steeltoed or composite shoes. Certain departments within the facility do require the wear of supplied cutresistant clothing.

Essential Functions:

  • Read comprehend and execute production/scheduling plan by following the production schedule
  • Operate a computer
  • Manipulate knobs on machinery
  • Lift up to 50 lbs manually may be more weight utilizing team lifting or articulating hoists
  • Push/pull tables and racks of glass
  • Verbally communicate with other production team members to coordinate tasks
  • Assist in the insurance safe working environment for self and fellow team members by addressing safety concerns training and by holding team members accountable to Cardinal LGs safety standards
  • Is responsible for evaluating weekly punches for self via paper time edits and/or electronically via Attendance on Demand
  • Works closely with Department Manager Shift Manager Supervisor and/or other Production Team Members to supply necessary production information
  • Follows all facility policies rules and regulations as outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Partners with Team Members by soliciting feedback and suggestions to improve departmental function and morale
  • Behaves in an ethical manner and treats fellow team members at all levels with respect and dignity
  • Communicates clearly and respectfully using all mediums: electronic written facetoface and telephonic
  • Participates in required trainings
  • Use email phones radios and inperson communications

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Accept more challenging assignments as experience and knowledge allows
  • Train others to help them gain knowledge in your strength areas as needed
  • Request additional trainings as concerns regarding processes arise

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Read comprehend and speak English
  • Use a pen/pencil to complete required documentation
