Position Title
Position Summary / Career Interest:
The University of Kansas Health SystemDepartment of Cardiology has a faculty position opening for aNoninvasive Cardiologist who will join the team and support the departmental mission of delivering the highest quality of care as well as satisfying teaching research and academic responsibilities at the regions quaternary referral center.
The position offers a dynamic opportunity to deliver comprehensive patient care across various clinical environments encompassing clinic ambulatory and inpatient settings. It involves active engagement in noninvasive imaging services according to credentialing and scheduling ensuring the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy and patient care. Additionally there is a strong emphasis on scholarly pursuits including collaborative education and research activities with students and fellows. For those inclined independent research initiatives are encouraged. The role also includes participation in noninvasive call duties aligning with established practices for noninvasive cardiologists thereby contributing to cohesive and responsive patient care delivery.
Required Qualifications:
MD or DO
ABIM Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease
Preferred Qualifications:
Board Certified in Cardiac Echo Imaging
Board Certified in Cardiac Nuclear Imaging
