Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Clinical SalesSpecialist to join our team! The Clinical SalesSpecialist will be responsible for growth of sales revenues of specific clinical products. Heavy emphasis on growing share within the Region. This individual contributor is accountable for maintaining and expanding profitable contracts with several important accounts in a geographic area. Employees in this position exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing the sales process. Develops maintains coordinates and leverages relationships for accounts that result in business opportunities and improved profitability.

What you will be doing:
Plans and implements sales for specific products and develops new customers where cultivating relationships identifying opportunities and account management skills are critical.
Monitors competitive activity and ensures appropriate response strategy.
Develops sales plans for assigned accounts to meet both Linde business objectives and customer satisfaction objectives. Maintains and increases existing revenue stream.
Increase revenue in each major account by leveraging customer relationship and developing internal referrals.
Understand customer requirements and provide solutions in a consolatory manner while meeting needs and growing sales
Manage account base to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Fully understands the needs of the market /industry segment and/or geographic area and works to ensure that Linde acquires a significant portion of the business growth in the segment or area.
Monitors competitive activity and maintain competitive intelligence databases for the market /industry segment and/or geographic area.
The single point of resolution for customers needs for the assigned market /industry segment and/or geographic area accounts. Assesses an issue from many different perspectives and arrives at a decision that is in the best overall interest of Linde.
