Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data overseeing HR system administration and managing payroll processes. He / she will need work closely with HRBPs and vendors to maintain the precision of staff data and ensure accurate payroll processing. As a valuable member of the Regional HR Service Delivery team he/she will also contribute to various HR operations initiatives supporting the seamless functioning of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Operations Processing:

  • Process and administer the Malaysia payroll accurately and in a timely manner ensure compliance with payroll policies procedures and legal requirements.
  • Respond to payrollrelated inquiries from employees and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll reports tax filings and other payrollrelated documentation Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of payroll data.
  • Support payroll vendor management for payroll outside Malaysia
  • Participate in payrollrelated projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Staff Data Maintenance and HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate HR data in Oracle TIMES and other HR Operationsrelated software when required
  • Generate employmentrelated correspondence for example employment contract promotion letters etc.
  • Managed 90 days on boarding workflow including probation review and benefits administration process to ensure excellence colleagues experiences and compliances.
  • Maintain proper Pfiling

Qualifications :

  • 2 years of experience in any disciplines or fresh graduate preferably from Human Resources or Accounting 
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (Knowledge in Chinese is an advantage) and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • HR Professional Certification is preferred
