Job Description
Global Processes related to Tax/ FT
- Study of requirements for process automation/ digitization
- Preparation of user story and preparation of test scenarios
- Process documentations
- Use of various project management tools e.g. FM ALM SolMan T&R
- Testing and resolution of defects
Compliance Management Processes in SAP environment:
- Implementation of new & updating of existing business models and SD processes in SAP ENVIRONMENT (e.g. creation of new entities plants via SAP support)
Business partners master data management: classification of customers
Material master data management: classification of items
Providing business requirement updating workbook
Test scenario creations and support in testing & feedback
- Implementation of new & updating of existing Sanctioned Party List Processes in SAP systems and its interface management
- SPL is a dynamic list with regular updates: interface/update of SPL with SAP GTS
- Sensitive country updates
- Design of risk oriented controls in SAP Environment
- Optimization of current SAP processes
- Rollout projects of SAP and GTS
- Providing business requirements test scenarios and test feedback approvals
- Interface to a) SAP Support Team in India and b) to CI organization
- Implementation of SAPGTS connectivity to local ERP systems
- Project management
- Identity Management SAP environment authorization of SAP users
- Training of SAP GTS system users
Qualifications :
BE BBM B Com BCA/MCA MBA ICWA CA
Additional Information :
Experience:
- Sound knowledge of Export Control Regulations/ Foreign Trade
- 58 years of experience
- Process management experience and IT knowhow
- Very good knowledge of SAP GTS and its integration into SD/MM/FI
- Broader process understanding (E2E process thinking)
Additional Information
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) German would be a plus;
- Strong communication and presentation skills straightforward reliable;
- Target oriented well organized willingness to take user perspective ability and desire to understand processes in details;
- Passion for pioneering new approaches and interacting with people passion for easytouse software solution in GTS and third party software
- Willingness to travel
