Role Overview:

As part of our People & Transformation department the Leadership Advisory Services team plays a crucial role in shaping the leaders of tomorrow. We are seeking an innovative and strategic Director to lead this team building on our purposedriven ethos to create sustainable impact for our clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Development: Lead and oversee the development of leadership programs and advisory services that align with client needs and market trends.
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide expert consultation to clients on leadership strategies including assessments development centers and succession planning.
  • Change Management: Drive leadership and cultural change initiatives that support clients in achieving their strategic goals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients leveraging PwCs global network to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our leadership services offerings enhancing value propositions and driving growth.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and mentor a highperforming team fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Innovation: Promote innovative approaches to leadership challenges integrating cuttingedge research and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters degree in Business Administration Human Resources Psychology or related field.
  • Experience: 15 years in leadership consulting or advisory roles with a proven track record in developing and executing leadership strategies.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive business development and maintain a robust network of industry contacts.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire and lead teams with a clear vision for longterm development.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills; proficiency in English and Dutch and/or French is required.
  • Problem Solving: Innovative pragmatic and resilient in addressing complex challenges.
  • Cultural Competence: Respectful and open to diverse cultures and backgrounds.
