Company:
Boeing Ukraine LLCBoeing Engineering Center is currently seeking a Manager to join our Production & Industrial Engineering Team in Kyiv Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing project plans directs all project phases and acting as primary customer contact for project activities.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
Acquires resources for projects and processes coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between project and team finance sourcing and scheduling.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports.
Manages via project deliverables all technical and functional staff assigned to the project.
Identify and manage actively opportunities risks and issues to ensure effective resolution or mitigation and coordinate required activities to ensure successful delivery.
Identify and manage project dependencies and the associated critical path(s).
Track and report project status relative to the approved business case and scope with transparency and insight into the overall health of the project.
Develop and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and Presentations.
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team analyze results and investigate problem areas.
Proactively manage changes in project scope identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
Effectively run Project meetings from project kickoff to Postimplementation Review ensuring all stakeholders meet their responsibilities.
Basic Qualification (Preferred Skills/Experience):
Engineering degree is a must (aerospace is preferable but not a mandatory).
Upper Intermediate English is a must.
Existing rights to work in Ukraine.
2 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role.
Extensive Project Management experience.
Highly competent in using MS Office products in general.
Preferred Qualification (Desired Skills/Experience) :
5 years of experience in aerospace fabrication or manufacturing environment.
