We are looking for a Physical Therapist to work in Sanford NC supporting our client.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for outpatient and inpatient evaluations assessments plans of care and ongoing physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician.
- Administer treatment plan of care in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury disease or physical disability.
- The therapist must document in a timely manner all patient related information and ensure that patients are charged correctly per departmental and insurance carrier guidelines.
- The staff therapist participates in departmental operational activities such as the budget clinical quality clinical education infection control departmental safety and team building programs.
- This position will be 60 inpatient/acute care in the hospital in the mornings and afternoons in the OP clinic.
Must Have:
- Bachelors Degree
- North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Licensure
- American Heart Association BLS required within 30 days of hire.
Nice to Have:
- Masters or Doctoral Degree
