A bit about the job:
As a Junior Marketing Manager in our Direct Wealth GoToMarket (GTM) team youll play a key role in bringing our wealth propositionslike investment ISAs and pensionsto life for our customers.
Youll work alongside our Centres of Excellence and wider marketing teams to deliver integrated multichannel campaigns that drive brand awareness customer engagement and commercial performance. From planning to and reporting youll take ownership of campaign delivery and help shape our dataled approach to marketing.

Skills and experience were looking for:
A passion for marketing excellence with a strong eye for detail and delivery.
Confident communicator with excellent relationshipbuilding and influencing skills.
Proven commercial acumen with experience applying key marketing metrics to optimise performance.
Experience managing integrated direct campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced FTSE or global organisation with a handson approach to getting things done.

Salary National Circa 35000 / London Circa 40000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
