An ambitious and highperforming middle school 1113 in NW3 Camden is seeking a talented Maths KS3 Coordinator to join their Maths department from September 2025. This is a fulltime permanent opportunity for a driven educator ready to take the first step in their leadership journey.
The school is looking for a Maths KS3 Coordinator who is passionate about teaching and learning and who will lead the development of Key Stage 3 Maths with creativity energy and ambition. As Maths KS3 Coordinator the successful candidate will ensure a highquality and consistent curriculum experience supporting pupils in building strong mathematical foundations.
This Maths KS3 Coordinator role will involve working with the Head of Department and other colleagues to track progress raise attainment and embed a love of Maths across Key Stage 3. The appointed Maths KS3 Coordinator will also eventually play a key role in mentoring early career teachers and contributing to departmental CPD.
The ideal Maths KS3 Coordinator will:
- Be an excellent classroom teacher with QTS and strong subject knowledge
- Have experience teaching across Key Stages 3
- Demonstrate a clear vision for curriculum development and pupil progress
- Be organised reflective and a strong communicator
- Be committed to maintaining high standards and promoting inclusivity
