Job Description
Introduction
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Utilize CCTV systems and future AI surveillance to monitor client assets.
- Employ vehicle tracking systems.
- Use radio communication and body cam video surveillance to monitor guards and track movement
- Respond promptly to alarms alerts and emergency situations taking appropriate actions to mitigate potential risks maintain safety and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance and performance reporting by gathering information according to control room SOPs.
- Follow established control procedures to regulate and adjust equipment settings parameters and processes to maintain optimal performance and compliance with standard operational requirements.
- Attend to incoming calls and follow escalation procedures.
- Complete daily reports and operational duties as per control room SOP.
- Support the companys work planning and control process by creating work requests planning work and completing feedback on completed work.
- Adhere to all cooperative safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor and identify continuous and focused improvement opportunities.
- Perform other workrelated activities as requested by the Senior Control Room Operator
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Matric /Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF level 4
- P1 or P2 (Mechatronic) or National Diploma or a Bachelors in Technology Degree in Mechatronic Engineering
- Under 35 years unemployed
- Forward your CV certified qualifications and valid South African ID
Package & Remuneration
SALARIES: Up to R6k p/m
