M&G is committed to enhancing our digital channels to engage with our customers and advisers and we are growing our design practice by looking to bring onboard a creative senior digital design manager.
Were looking for a visionary leader who has a passion for design a proven track record and who can leave and inspire their team to create innovative and visually stunning digital experiences.
If you can think strategically drive design direction and bring usercentric interfaces to life aligned to our brand identity together with leading a team and developing a universal design system then this could be the role for you.
As this is a senior position you will lead on creative projects mentor and develop talent along with being the champion of user experience working across the wider digital team and collaborating with marketing channel teams as well as wider stakeholders across M&G.
