Youre an experienced Interior Finishing Superintendent with a sharp eye for detail and the track record to back it up. Whether its highrise concrete or low/midrise wood frame construction you know how to deliver interiors that impress on schedule and on spec.
You:
Have 8 years of supervisory experience on multifamily residential projects
Understand Calgarys construction market and how to navigate it effectively
Are respected for your leadership known for your reliability and trusted to get it done right
Thrive in an environment where quality safety and accountability are nonnegotiable
Are organized proactive and a strong communicator across all site functions
What youll do
DaytoDay
Coordinate and lead all interior finishing subtrades
Maintain daily schedules and ensure target dates are met floorbyfloor
Conduct quality checks review submittals and uphold construction standards
Work closely with site safety personnel and enforce Health & Safety compliance
Keep detailed site reports and maintain asbuilt documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to keep work progressing smoothly
Guide and mentor field staff junior supers and trades where needed
Weekly
Attend and contribute to lookahead planning and coordination meetings
Review site safety audits and assign followup actions
Participate in site team updates and provide input on priorities and problemsolving
Monthly
Perform formal site safety inspections
Submit required monthly reports and documentation
