Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio and Project Management Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage and interact with Finance on operating expense and project budgets within the organization; providing oversight and leadership to direct a group of project managers who will drive and execute the project management of Design Engineering Development Testing automation and IT release management of the SAP ecosystem and will engage with leadership and Global Procurement managing SAP contracts and renewals providing the best value for Pfizer Digital. Planning for such will be critical to portfolio operations and budgeting.
What You Will Achieve
In this role you will:
- Develop and implement strategies for financial operations project/program management and contractual licensing obligations within area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives and our technology road map.
- Drive the of the SAP release strategy and own the CI loop by collaboration within Pfizer Digital and broader SAP team.
- Develop the roadmap for additional automated testing to drive quicker outcomes and against roadmap.
- Effectively presents to crossfunctional teams in a variety of formats (written verbal) to generate buyin and collaboration.
- Ability to influence senior management decisions based on impact prioritization and evidence.
- Leverages a variety of techniques and methods to help colleagues understand how their work aligns to business priorities
- Work across team leads regularly to plan and execute on funding priorities and reporting escalating as needed.
- Prepare business cases for IT investments and presents to governance bodies.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field.
- 8 Years of proven experience 7 years with Masters degree) in operations and portfolio management preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of SAP systems and processes.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Seasoned leader with Program / Project management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships influence outcomes and to deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences
- Adaptable and demonstrates flexibility in the face of shifting targets thrives in new situations
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisionmaking
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
NONSTANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Possible night and weekend work during project/program deployments.
Ability to travel up to 10 of time as required

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $169700.00 to $282900.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0 of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
