Job Description
Northwest Specialty is seeking a detailoriented and compassionate Summer Intern to join our teams!
FullTime & PartTime positions available!
NWSH provides paid internship opportunities for high school and collegeage students looking to garner medical industry experience while pursuing educational endeavors. The Internis responsible for supporting variousprojects throughout the hospital facility. Projects often include data collection review and aggregation. The emphasis of this program is to provide fundamental professional development to enhance your knowledge and expertise. Communication support public interfacing flexibility and adapting to changing work environments are all part of the internship learning process. Position is seasonal in nature (nonbenefitted) not to exceed five months.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Openness to variable schedule and project assignments
- Able to take direction from multiple stakeholders and understand corporate chain of command
- Enthusiasm for the mission of NWSH and patients we serve
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Intermediate computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office
- Ability to verbally communicate in a professional manner with patients colleagues and community
- High school diploma/GED equivalent
- Clearance of onboarding process:
- Ability to work in the USA
- Clear background screen
