Could you be the fulltime HR Coordinator in Mannheim were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your human resources expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
Youll contribute to the shaping of our company culture and the future of sustainable transport. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Talent Acquisition Employee Relations) manage data within our HR systems and ensure its integrity and much more.
Youll specifically take care of supporting special topics and projects related to onboarding and recruiting fairs but also organizing various events like meetings and employee gatherings.
Well look to you for:
Support with onboarding and integration of new employees
Accurate data entry and quality checks within the HR system
Drafting and reviewing job advertisements
Organizing and coordinating HRrelated events
Providing support and supervision to employees
Participation in HR projects and initiatives
