Other duties may be technical assistance supporting districtwide technology relating to networks hardware and software onsite and via telephone and remote control of computers to ensure minimal down time and greatest student and staff to inquiries relating to hardware and/or software for resolving problems in support of district sites and and develop when necessary technical documentation for providing instruction and accurate asset documentationoMoves adds and changes in inventory databaseInstall desktop applications and network access software for providing upgrades to maintain current district in maintaining and supporting district inventory remote access imaging software licensing help desk etc. resources utilizing district software Support Staff with extensive knowledge of instructional tools computers peripherals and operating systems including but not limited to the following:oCurrent Operating Systems: Windows iOS Chrome OS Android OS Software: i.e. Office Star/AR Spiceworks GAFE various Curriculum SoftwareoSupport current classroom learning tools (document cameras printers projectors sound etc. and the capacity to integrate future various audio and video files (including mp4 mp3 mov & H.264)Operational knowledge of system toolsGoogle AdministrationOffice 365 AdministrationDeployment tools and utilitiesMaintaining building labs and image computer systems as neededExperience with remote desktop toolsMobile Device Management (MDM); iOS Applications support and deploymentSupport multimedia delivery of collaboration meetingsGoogle Hangouts Video Conferencing Skype Facetime work orders via helpdesk support systemWeekly meetings with Tech DepartmentOther duties as assigned by IT Director
