Northmarq is seeking a Salesforce Data Analyst to support Northmarqs national Debt/Equity & Investment Sales platforms in our Minneapolis or Tulsa office. The Data Analyst will help oversee data integrity and processes as well as perform independent research using thirdparty services to ensure data accuracy.
*This position offers a flexible work environment and is available for an immediate start.
Position Responsibilities:
- Maintain contact lists and update records as needed to ensure that marketing campaigns are reaching targeted criteria/recipients
- Assist with coordinating data imports and exports to ensure the smooth integration of data and minimize potential data duplication
- Assist with compiling campaign list from Salesforce contacts or external thirdparty services
- Collaborate with Sales Data Management and IT Teams in performing routine data cleansing for primary Salesforce objects
- Perform data migration activities: Collect data cleanse data and transform data
- Support users through the helpdesk Manual data updates through an active work queue (email status updates record merging).
- Support data management to improve Salesforce data growth accuracy and quality.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis
- Perform other duties/projects assigned within the department as position grows
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education training and work experience
- Previous experience in the commercial real estate industry is preferred not required
- 35 years of experience in data management operations or business analyst role
- Salesforce data base knowledge required Administrator or Developer certification is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Excel; proficient in formulas vlookups pivot tables macros
- Experience supporting a sales/account management organization
- Technical proficiency and ability to navigate the internet to elicit information
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Thorough understanding of systems and data structures
- Detailoriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts and technologies
- Independent research problemsolving skills and resourcefulness skills required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate thoughts effectively by presenting information both in writing and verbally
- Ability to mutitask achieve tight deadlines and problemsolve while staying organized
