About the position
Councils Safer Communities Department is looking for a Safer Communities Officer who will be responsible for responding to and investigating reports of dumped rubbish.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Respond to and investigate instances of abandoned rubbish
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Utilize CCTV technology to deter and identify offenders
About you
- Proven experience in regulatory enforcement or similar role
- Experience in dealing with conflict and challenging situations
- Current Victorian Driver Licence
- Proven experience in applying legislation relevant to Local Laws Victorian State Legislation and enforcement.

This position is a band 5currently remunerated at $80750.44 per annum plus superannuation. Overtime will also be paid as required.
