What Youll Do:
- Act as the main touchpoint between our brand ambassadors andhead office providing them with essential support to resolve queries efficiently.
- Manageinvoicingandorder processing ensuring accuracy and smooth transactions.
- Collaborate with our boutiques to offer guidance on product information pricing and availability.
- Assist withsales support ensuring our boutiques have everything they need to meet customer expectations.
- Proactively work with internal teams to solve any operational challenges that boutiques face.
Requirements
- Exceptionalcommunication skillsyoull be working with a variety of teams and personalities.
- Strongproblemsolving abilitiesable to think on your feet and find solutions quickly.
- An eye fordetail particularly with invoicing and order processing.
- Ateam playerwho enjoys working in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- Prior experience incustomer serviceoradministrationis a plus!
