What Youll Do:

  • Build Strong Relationships: Partner with managers to understand their needs and provide practical reliable advice.

  • Resolve Employee Relations Issues: Guide managers through employee matters ensuring fairness compliance and good professional judgement.

  • Support Team Growth: Contribute to recruitment onboarding and employee development.

  • Drive Solutions: Use your problemsolving skills to contribute to the improvement of processes and ensure smooth operations.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with HR and other departments to achieve shared goals and foster a positive culture.

What Youll Bring:

  • HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR practices and experience in both strategic and operational HR.

  • People Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels.

  • ProblemSolving: Ability to assess situations and collaborate with the wider team to find effective and creative solutions.

  • Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic adaptable and keen to contribute to the improvement of processes.

  • Qualifications: CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum) or relevant experience.
