AsDirector of Software Engineering you will drive the companys technology strategy oversee the development of cuttingedge solutions and build a highperformance engineering culture. You will work closely with the executive team and crossfunctional stakeholders to execute key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the engineering team while fostering a culture ofinnovation accountability and speed.
- Define and execute thetechnology roadmap ensuring platform scalability security and reliability
- Implement best practices in software development cloud architecture and system design
- Work crossfunctionally withProduct Sales and Operationsteams to align engineering with business goals
- Recruit mentor andretain toptier engineering talent driving a highperformance culture
- Oversee thedevelopment and launchof new features ensuring seamless user experiences
- Continuously evaluate and integrateemerging technologiesto maintain industry leadership
MustHave Requirements:
- Bachelors degreein Engineering or a related field
- 510 yearsof progressive engineering management experience
- Experience at successful startups or a strongstartup mentalityable to work lean bootstrap solutions solve complex problems speed to market etc.
- Willing to work onsite in Denver fulltime
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary:$185000 $200000 (based on experience)
