Job responsibilities:
- Assist Danish viewers over the phone and/or chat regarding account management billing issues content and basic website and application navigation.
- Provide account and application support to our viewers specifically related to software functionality and troubleshooting system configurations and network settings.
- Provide accurate realtime responses to viewer inquiries.
- Find solutions when a product has a malfunction.
- Offer troubleshooting services and product information.
- Communicate clearly and carefully with all customers.
Personal qualifications:
- Previous experience in servicerelated roles.
- Motivated and eager to learn.
- Willing to relocate and adapt to a new culture in Greece.
- You have good written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
