You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are now looking for a dedicated and experienced PreSchool Manager to lead our 30strong preschool and holiday club team and continue to provide exceptional care and education.
The Hollies is located in the grounds of Lower Park Primary school in Poynton and has a strong team of preschool practitioners who provide full preschool breakfast and afterschool club services along with a holiday club for children aged 211.
About the Role:
As the PreSchool Manager you will be at the heart of our setting ensuring the highest standards of care and education for all children. You will lead a team of passionate early years practitioners overseeing the daytoday operations of the preschool fostering a positive and collaborative environment and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
This is a fulltime (Monday Friday) permanent role on a 52week all yearround contract.
What were looking for:
This role is perfect for an experienced people manager who has either been a PreSchool Manager or a Deputy Manager and who is passionate about providing excellent Early Years education for young children.
Youll be an ideal candidate for this role if you have a minimum of Level 3 Childcare qualification proven senior leadership experience within an Early Years setting and extensive knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted practices. Youll be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Youll have excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to recruit engage motivate and develop the team as well as a passion for working with children. Youll be comfortable working with figures and have experience of working with online finance systems such as QuickBooks (or similar) so you can review the preschools finances and provide the relevant information to the Management Committee to enable them to make decisions around fees etc.
With outstanding communication and interpersonal skills youll have a proactive handson approach with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the children and families we work with.
