Job Title:Financial Business Partner
Location:Brighton UK
Salary:
Hours:Monday to Friday 9:00 am 5:30 pm
Work Style:Hybrid 3 days in office 2 days remote

Were looking for an experienced Financial Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving our financial strategy and supporting businesswide initiatives. This role is ideal for a finance professional seeking opportunities to expand their skills and develop within a dynamic growthfocused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Planning:Lead and support financial planning processes delivering insights that align with our companys goals.
- Cost and Spend Analysis:Work closely with an analyst to evaluate current expenditure identify costsaving opportunities and provide recommendations that drive efficiency.
- Collaborative Business Support:Partner with business managers across departments helping them understand their financial performance and supporting them in identifying improvement areas.
- Performance Improvement:Assist department heads in creating and implementing action plans to drive financial success and alignment with broader company objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis:Produce and present financial reports including variance analysis to support strategic decisionmaking and inform the companys growth trajectory.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Financial Business Partner or similar role within a multidepartmental setting.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a datafocused approach to delivering actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
- A drive for personal development and continuous learning within the financial sector.
- ACA ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.
