Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Pune. This is a fulltime juniorlevel position requiring a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field. The successful candidate will manage real estate sales activities particularly focusing on commercial properties providing exceptional service to our clients and facilitating successful sales transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have proficiency in commercial sales (Mandatory skill) to effectively manage and drive the sales of commercial property sectors.
- Experience in real estate sales (Mandatory skill) with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and client management.
- Strong competence in working as a channel partner (Mandatory skill) to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual business goals.
- Ability to perform real estate market analysis to identify trends pricing and opportunities for property sales.
- Efficient in sales negotiation techniques to close deals and satisfy client needs while maintaining company profitability.
- Competence in commercial leasing and the associated legal and contractual knowledge is vital for handling client inquiries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with potential leads generated by the marketing team providing comprehensive project details to prospective clients.
- Persuade potential clients to visit sites offering detailed information and answering all their queries.
- Coordinate and accompany prospects on site visits ensuring all questions are addressed effectively.
- Facilitate the booking process by guiding clients through each step of the property acquisition.
- Maintain strong relationships with developers to stay informed on new launches and market trends.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales volumes and expand client reach.
- Report sales activities and forecasts to senior management to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Continuously update knowledge of market conditions and competitors to maintain competitive advantage.
