About Decision Minds:

Decision Minds is a Silicon Valley based AIfirst data solutions company specializing in data cloud solutions GenAI and AIInfused Product Engineering services and multiple global locations. We serve many fortune 100 companies across technology financial services and healthcare sectors with our own products and IP driven services supported by our strong technology practices in Snowflake Databricks Google Big Query and Microsoft Cloud.

Details of the role:

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum of 8 years of experience in selling Cloud based data solutions analytical data warehouses cloud data migration solutions analytics/reporting.

Minimum of 8 years Sales Pursuit Management experience.

Minimum of 2 years experience in direct sales with quota of $5M

Proactive and selfmotivated capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Indepth knowledge of Data Cloud technologies and services.

Resultsoriented with a track record of achieving monthly and annual sales growth objectives.

Strong understanding of data strategy analytics and the business value of data.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Exceptional problemsolving and strategic thinking abilities.

Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments particularly with delivery and product teams. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

Good understanding of cloud data warehousing & analytical platforms in the market

Thought leader in building next generation data architectures

Understand challenges in cloud data migration building analytical data warehouses and AI/ML use cases on the data platform

Provide advice to clients on platform choices data models and deployment architectures

Understanding / awareness in what it takes to design next generation data platforms
