Job Description
Westlie Ford Service Dept is looking for a fulltime Service Administration position.
Automotive Dealership experience is preferred but not required. Hours are Mon Fri 9am 6pm and every other Saturday till 1pm.
Seeking someone who enjoys working with the public and has a friendly outgoing personality. The ideal candidate provides exceptional service and displays a positive attitude when interacting with customers and other employees.
Responsibilities include but not limited to..
- Answer phone and email inquiries from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner
- Greeting customers warmly and make them feel welcome and attended to.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating transportation vehicle pickup / Drop off & mobile service.
- Act as a liaison between service customers and other departments including parts service and sales.
- Verifying appointments and assisting in coordinating prompt service
- Assisting cashier during peek times
Requirements
- Positive friendly personality
- Strong communication skills
- Computer skills a must
