Job Title: Accountant (Federal Government Contractor Experience a Plus)
Location:Marietta GA
Type:Fulltime
Compensation:$87500 $95000 Based on Experience

ParadigmWorks Group Inc. is a 30year old multifaceted corporation that provides recruitment placement training and career coaching services in both public (Federal) and private sectors. Were seeking an experienced accountant who understands the unique requirements of federal government contract accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday accounting operations including A/P A/R payroll and general ledger
- Ensure compliance with FAR DCAA and other relevant government regulations
- Prepare and submit timely invoices through government portals (WAWF IPP etc.
- Maintain accurate job cost accounting and indirect rate structures
- Assist with audit preparation (DCAA annual reviews etc.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and anual financial statements and cash flow reports
- Support contract and pricing proposals with financial data
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with government contractors or government entities
- Familiarity with DCAA compliance FAR CAS and indirect rate structures
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Deltek Unanet or similar
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- CPA or CMA a plus

Pay: $87500.00 $96000.00 per year
