As a Warehouse Operator supporting our warehouse you will be trusted to perform a combination of manual and clerical shipping and/or receiving duties requiring the use of hand trucks forklifts and other devices as well as computers to maintain data at the facility in Houston TX USA.
In this role a typical day will include:
- Performing accurate and quick pick of inventory from warehouse shelves
- Using a handheld scanner to record transactions
- Inspecting inventory for defects and damages during inventory picking
- Coordinating and storing picked inventory into totes or as advised
- Working to ensure that all picking transactions for the day are completed
- Following and maintaining safety standards in the work area and while performing job functions
- Maintaining a clean work warehouse and work area
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English
Preferred skills:
- SAP experience
Work hours: CShiftFriday Sunday 4:00 AM 4:00 PM and every other Thursday)
