Sales Negotiator
Location: Ripon
Salary: 27500 to 29000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am 5.30pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am 4pm) with a day off in lieu
Were recruiting on behalf of our wellestablished client for a dedicated and driven Sales Negotiator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is salesmotivated confident in a clientfacing role and enjoys building strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Register applicants and their specific property requirements onto the CRM.
- Match buyers to suitable properties and respond to all queries promptly by phone or email maintaining detailed records.
- Arrange and accompany viewings ensuring feedback is gathered and shared.
- Arrange valuation appointments and manage all related documentation and diaries.
- Maintain regular contact with vendors providing updates on property interest and activity.
- Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcome for vendors.
- Ensure all marketing materials are kept current including mailing lists and property imagery.
- Progress sales from offer to exchange liaising with solicitors surveyors buyers and sellers.
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities such as solicitor referrals premium listings and canvassing for new instructions.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of the local market and competition.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in estate agency is ideal but not essential.
- Sales driven and motivated.
- Proactive and confident in a clientfacing role.
