We are looking for a selfmotivated team player with an interest in building positive customer relationships to join our team. The Customer Account Representative Trainee adds value to both Viterra and its farm customers by educating and delivering information on grain marketing strategies. In this role no two days will look the same. The environment is fastpaced and includes a variety of tasks.

The ideal candidate:
Is enthusiastic outgoing and enjoys interacting and building collaborative relationships with internal team members and external customers.
Is a selfmotivated team player with excellent organizational and customer service skills and is comfortable and confident working with computer applications.
Enjoys a fastpaced environment and working on a variety of activities and tasks and is motivated by targets and achieving goals.
Has a certificate in Agriculture Agribusiness Business Administration or Sales and Marketing or equivalent postsecondary education.
Has a valid class 5 drivers license.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience that result in the required level of knowledge skill and competence will be considered.
The Customer Account Representative Trainee role is a temporary training opportunity intended to prepare the successful candidate for a future Customer Account Representative role with Viterra. The length of the training program will vary based upon individual; however is typically 12 to 18 months in duration. Once the Customer Account Representative Trainee has successfully completed the training program the Trainee will be required to apply for Customer Account Representative vacancies throughout Viterras Country Operations group. As such candidates must be willing to relocate. More information in regards to the Customer Account Representative Trainee role and the requirement to relocate will be available at time of interview.
