Responsibilities
If youre looking for flexibility and worklife balance this opportunity is for you! As a Break Nurse you will work 8hour shifts relieving other registered nurses during break and meal periods providing essential coverage across multiple units. Youll have the unique opportunity to focus on the continuum of care of numerous patients all while part of a team that emphasizes professional and personal growth.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience
1 year consistent demonstration of competent clinical nursing practice proficiency required
Licenses and Certifications
RN Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
BLS Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
CHS HealthStream Course
