Content Moderator with a Video Streaming Corporation (German Language)
Are you passionate about vlogging or enjoy watching videos to solve challenges Do you have a curiosity for learning about social media regulation online free speech internal controls or the intricacies of EU policymaking

We are looking for individuals with:

Proficiency in German (min. C1 level) and English (B2 level)

Availability to work flexible 24/7 shifts including weekends from the office

Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

Quick learning abilities and organizational skills adaptability is key as you embrace new processes and concepts

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality efficient work

A neutral and openminded approach to reviewing various types of video content

Comfortability reviewing content that may be sensitive explicit or graphic in nature.

What will you be doing

Reviewing and processing privacy requests via online tools
-
Analyzing content to ensure it aligns with established requirements and flagging for action as needed

Reviewing flagged content within set turnaround times and maintaining high standards of quality

Staying updated on policy changes and internal protocols
-
Managing complex privacy cases and regulatory inquiries
-
Collaborating with teammates on various projects to enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness.
