Our client a global leader in customer support and IT services is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Italian Customer Experience Associate to join their team in the vibrant city of Barcelona Spain. As an Italian Customer Experience Associate you will be the first point of contact for Italianspeaking customers offering topnotch support and assistance. Your role will involve interacting with customers via phone email and chat ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. You will play a key role in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction contributing to the success of our clients business.
Provide exceptional customer support for Italianspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions for servicerelated queries.
Document and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate teams as needed ensuring timely resolution.
Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering positive and professional experiences.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and ensure efficient problem resolution.
Keep up to date with product/service knowledge company policies and industry developments.
Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fastpaced environment.
Support customers with both routine and complex issues ensuring smooth and efficient solutions.
Native or fluent proficiency in Italian (written and spoken).
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer service technical support or a similar role is a plus.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle diverse customer inquiries professionally.
Positive attitude patience and empathy in customerfacing interactions.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting (preferred).
