Job Description

Oppotunity:

A wellestablished niche engineering business near Maroubra Malabar and Botany Bay is looking for their new Admin superstar!

You will be pivotal in maintaining an efficient and professional office environment. You will support the management team and staff ensuring that daytoday operations run seamlessly.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team where your contributions will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee general office operations including supplies management and equipment maintenance.
  • Provide support for senior management project and accounts teams.
  • Manage office expenses and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with tender administration.
  • Organise meetings events and staff onboarding processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

About You:

  • Proven experience as an Office Admin or Coordinator
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
