You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager Microsoft and Google Products to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions for our clients using Google and Microsoft solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background in B2B sales and be passionate about helping businesses harness the power of Google Cloud Microsoft 365 Azure and related products to achieve their strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Revenue Growth:
o Drive sales and revenue for Google and Microsoft products by identifying prospecting and closing new business opportunities.
o Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and accounts ensuring consistent sales performance and achievement of targets.
o Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales goals.
Account Management:
o Establish and maintain strong longterm relationships with key clients including enterprise and midmarket customers.
o Act as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their business needs and aligning Google and Microsoft solutions to meet those needs.
o Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Product Expertise & Solution Selling:
o Develop a deep understanding of Google Cloud Microsoft 365 Azure and related enterprise products to offer tailored solutions that address client pain points.
o Deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations to clients clearly articulating the benefits and value propositions.
o Work with technical teams to design and propose customized solutions that address clientspecific challenges.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
o Work closely with management to develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and client base.
o Monitor industry trends customer needs and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
o Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and initiatives aimed at driving lead generation and sales conversion.
Negotiation & Closing:
o Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
o Close sales and manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to postsale followup.
o Prepare and deliver proposals quotations and contracts in alignment with company standards.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
o Provide regular updates and detailed sales reports to senior management tracking sales progress revenue forecasts and key performance metrics.
o Use CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot etc. to manage sales activities track opportunities and ensure accurate reporting of all sales data.
Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (relevant certifications in Google Cloud Microsoft etc. are a plus).
Experience:
o Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales specifically selling Google and Microsoft products (Google Cloud Microsoft 365 Azure etc..
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
o Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing large complex deals.
Skills & Competencies:
o Strong understanding of Google Cloud Microsoft 365 Azure and other related products.
o Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
o Ability to engage with seniorlevel decisionmakers and influencers to drive sales.
o Solutionoriented sales approach with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
o Ability to manage time effectively handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
o Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce HubSpot etc. and proficiency in using sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in selling cloud computing SaaS or enterprise solutions.
Knowledge of other Google and Microsoft offerings including Google Workspace Microsoft Azure Power BI Teams etc.
Familiarity with the technology sales landscape and understanding of current industry trends.
Experience in managing large accounts and closing highvalue deals.
Certifications in Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure are highly desirable.
