Job Description

Details:

The Maintenance Parts Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory levels of maintenance parts including spare specialized and critical components. This role ensures timely procurement and efficient stock control to support maintenance and production operations. The ideal candidate will help drive costeffective inventory practices while ensuring operational readiness.


Details:

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels of maintenance parts to support production and repair activities
  • Order all maintenance parts and supplies as needed
  • Minimize costs while delivering high service levels across operations
  • Obtain quotes from vendors for both stock items and oneoff component requests
  • Prepare and submit purchase requests with supporting documentation
  • Track purchase orders through the entire lifecyclefrom request to delivery
  • Manage consumables inventory and reorder as needed
  • Maintain supply inventories to meet the needs of key departments
  • Use CMMS to process inventory transactions work order parts POs and receipts
  • Receive spare parts orders and restock inventory using CMMS
  • Provide daily updates on critical spare part orders to the Maintenance Planner
  • Assist in kitting parts for preventive maintenance and repairs
  • Help technicians locate parts in inventory or place special orders
  • Understand production equipment to support RFQ process including photographing parts as needed
Required Skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving abilities

  • Resultsdriven with strong followthrough
  • Effective communicator via phone and email
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills with suppliers and vendors
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Office especially Outlook and Excel
  • Familiarity with CMMS/ERP systems
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment preferred
  • Prior experience in parts and inventory management

Pay: $27 $31/hr
