Job Description
recruitment agency in Northampton to hire an experienced Recruitment
Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven
track record in education recruitment who thrives in a dynamic people
focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and developing client relationships within the education
sector
Placing teachers and support staff into schools across the region
Driving business development through client visits and networking
Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
Meeting and exceeding billing targets
Requirements:
Previous experience in education recruitment
Demonstrable billing success
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Valid UK driving licence and access to a car for client visits
Motivated proactive and able to work independently
