Job Description
Now Hiring: 1st Shift Machine Operators
Join our team and start your career in manufacturing! We are seeking an entrylevel Machine Operators who is ready to hit the ground running .
1st Shift Schedule: Monday Friday 7am 3:30 PM
Starting Pay: $18.00 /hourDOE
What Youll Do:
- Set up and operate cutting forming grinding and polishing machines
- Use precision measuring instruments calipers micrometers to ensure product quality
- Work closely with engineering to assist in new product development and troubleshooting
- Read and interpret blueprints and routing sheets to complete tasks accurately
- Follow safety regulations and use required protective equipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What Were Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Proficiency in English including speaking comprehension reading and writing at a level necessary to effectively perform job duties.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliable transportation & ability to work assigned shift
Must pass a background check & 9panel drug test
Work Environment:
Manufacturing setting requires standing lifting and working with machinery
Mandatory use of safety equipment
