REPORTS TO
Chief Human Capital Officer
SUMMARY
Reporting to the Chief Human Capital Officer this leader will manage a team responsible for hiring onboarding compensation employee records substitute services and HR operations. The ideal candidate is a creative adaptable leader with strong communication skills experience in organizational planning and policy implementation and a passion for fostering a positive work environment. This role is critical to attracting developing and retaining a highquality workforce dedicated to serving TUSDs students and families.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Masters degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field and five 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources including at least three 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
OR
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field and seven 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources including at least three 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
SHRMCP SHRMSCP PHR or SPHR or similar certification.
Three years of experience in a public school district or similar public organization (e.g. government).
Two years of experience using one or more of the districts specific HRIS products (specifically Infinite Visions SpringSchool/TalentEd Red Rover Frontline).
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles) or proof of MMR immunization.
MVReport showing no more than the allowable points against Drivers License as described underGoverning Board Policy: EEBR1Business and Personnel Transportation Services Transportation by Employees.

SALARY RANGE:$85429.09 $99180.51 annually
WORK CALENDAR: 12 month
