This position will report directly to the VP Cloud Infrastructure & Cybersecurity with geographic flexibility to work remotely offered by Tangers hubandspoke approach to a modern Teamsdriven workplace.

As the Manager Network Services you will be responsible for ensuring the design implementation and maintenance of secure scalable and available network services across the organization. You will collaborate with crossfunctional IT teams vendors and business units to support current and future technology needs.

How you will contribute to what we do:

• Maintain troubleshoot and administer mobile wireless and infrastructure networking operations to ensure the security and integrity of Tangers networks.
• Implement Technology plans to meet department goals and align with corporate strategy.
• Work with Technology management to design specify and document LAN and wireless configurations according to user and customer needs.
• Keep wireless network devices and mobile devices up to date on patches and software devices. Keep all mobile and wireless config files up to date and backed up.
• Provide support at grand openings at new centers verify WiFi turn up and heat mapping.
• Assist center offices as needed.
• Assist in planning for future strategy of networks and servers.
• Conduct research on various networks and products in support of development and procurement. Evaluate and recommend hardware and software for potential use in Tangers network environment.
• Stay informed and knowledgeable on new and existing technologies.
• Collaborate with departments as needed to analyze networking infrastructure and security needs for the company and provide the best possible services and solutions.
• Negotiate and work with outside vendors on new contracts and renewal contracts for products and services by Tanger Technology Networking team.
• Participate in configuration and maintenance of cloud services in Microsoft Azure.
• Provide information for and participate in budget process for annual networking budget. Get quotes and additional support documentation as needed and place orders as required to maintain networks.
• Train managers and users in mobile and wireless network functions and optimal utilization preparing necessary materials.
• Mentor team members on technical issues and provide strategic guidance.
• Work closely with PC Technical Support Specialists to keep all computer operations.
• Keep up to date on network functions and train other personnel on responsibilities.

About You:

• You have a bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience and seven 7 plus years of Networking experience.
• You have experience in and an enthusiasm to lead a team and can clearly outline and communicate performance expectations to staff aligning with departmental and organizational goals while also contributing to a positive team spirit.
• You can view overall business priories and are able to redefine priories to meet expectations and objectives.
• You can ensure urgent and important needs of the business are achieved.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are able to communicate with persons of varied technical expertise.
• You have experience in cloud technology such as Azure are proficient incommand line PowerShell and python languages.
• You have experience working with wireless technologies and hardware are proficient in Network troubleshooting programs/ sniffers (both wired and wireless) Orion Solarwinds Azure Active Directory and Fortinet Products.

Hiring Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Tangers total compensation package for employees.

Hiring Range:$95400.00 $145200 per year
