They works on a variety of research projects from pricing and range optimisation to shopper insights product testing advertising effectiveness and brand tracking.
As a Senior Research Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing adhoc and continuous research projects across FMCG and retail sectors.
- Leading the full project lifecycle from designing methodologies and writing proposals to analysis reporting and client debriefs.
- Handling pricing and range optimisation projects using advanced techniques such as Conjoint and MaxDiff analysis.
- Building strong client relationships maintaining existing accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Managing budgets and internal resources ensuring highquality project delivery.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
About You
- Proven experience in a research agency with a strong background in quantitative research methods.
- Experience in FMCG retail or consumer research is desirable.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques (particularly Conjoint and MaxDiff) is a significant advantage.
- A handson proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a closeknit team.
- Excellent clientfacing communication and presentation skills.
