What youll do
As a Bartenderyoull play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Yourresponsibilities will include:
- Preparingcocktails and beverages with precision following recipes and presentationstandards both for the bar and for the restaurant. You will also have theopportunity to contribute to seasonal and signature menu development.
- Deliveringpersonalised service by engaging with guests understanding their preferencesand offering recommendations from our menu including cocktails spirits andwines.
- Managingorders efficiently by accurately noting guests selections ensuring timelypreparations and coordinating with the team and floor staff for seamlessservice.
- Takingfood orders and offering informed recommendations ensuring you have strongknowledge of the food menu including allergens and dietary options.
- Maintainingbar organisation and stock levels including proper handling of glasswaregarnishes and ingredients.
- Workingwithin structured time frames particularly during peak service periods wherefood and drinks orders may need to be fulfilled within set time frames whilemaintaining standards presentation and quality.
- Your rolewill require attention to detail consistency and passion for hospitality toensure consistent outstanding service.
The itemsshared are the essence of a day in the life of a Bartender but well make sureyou are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
Theoperational hours of work are shiftbased and may be subjected to change.

What youll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Expertise in cocktail preparation strongknowledge of classic contemporary and signature drinks; including propertechniques for shaking stirring throwing and layering.
- Understandingof spirits wines and liqueurs including their origins flavour profiles andideal pairings.
- Efficiency in service ability to prepare and serve drinks swiftly whilemaintaining precision and presentation.
- Exceptional communicationskills and guests engagement.
- Professionalismand discretion
- Upsellingand story telling
Preferred Skills
- Previousexperience as bartender in luxury hotel highend bar or fine diningestablishments.
- Formaltraining or certification in bartending mixology or WSET
