WHAT WILL I BE DOING AS KITCHEN TEAM LEADER YOULL
- Train and inspireyour Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
- Be driven to smashtargets with your team.
- Support with foodordering food preparation and stock control.
- Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
- Oversee that yourteam conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
