Salary: 15.02 per hour
Shift Pattern: 6am6pm 3on 3off)

Were looking for a dedicated DespatchOperative to join our team and make a real impact in ensuring highquality food products reach their destinations efficiently and on time.
What Youll Be Doing:
As a Despatch Operative youll be an essential part of the Supply Chain function taking charge of:
- Order Picking & Assembly: Accurately picking customer orders using scanning guns and preparing products for safe transit.
- Stock Management: Keeping the factory stock system up to date replenishing pick slots and ensuring seamless putaway processes.
- Vehicle Loading & Unloading: Maintaining accuracy in outbound loads and receiving deliveries with care.
- Quality Control: Ensuring all products meet high standards are in date and are free from damage.
What Were Looking For
We need someone whos handson detailoriented and thrives in a collaborative environment. To succeed in this role youll need:
- Essential Skills: Counterbalance Reach Truck and PPT licenses.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
- Confidence in working with external drivers and excellent communication skills in English.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
